Machine Appearance

Zhejiang TONVA hydraulic blow molding machine is a highly efficient, automated blow molding machine primarily used for producing various types of hollow plastic products. The machine features an attractive design and a height-adjustable touchscreen, customizable for positioning according to customer requirements. The clamping station, scrap removal mold, and separation of finished and scrap parts are all strategically designed and user-friendly. The overall design emphasizes energy conservation, environmental protection, high responsiveness, and ease of operation, adapting to the needs of blow molding for various specifications and materials.

Extruder and Accumulator

This unit heats, melts, and evenly transports the plastic raw material, providing a stable supply of molten material for the blow molding process. An optional lifting frame allows for more precise adjustment of the position of the raw material and the clamping station, saving material and time, and facilitating the use of multiple molds on the same machine.

Die Head

The die head connects to the extruder and feeds the molten plastic into the mold. The split mold is responsible for forming and cooling the plastic preform.

Blowing System

This unit is mounted above the mold for precise positioning. The blow pins, custom-sized to fit the products, is used to inject compressed air into the preform, shaping the plastic ones.

Cooling Mechanism

A serpentine cooling coil is installed inside the mold to accelerate the molding process and improve production efficiency. Rapid molding technology accelerates product cooling, increases production yields, and ensures beautiful finished products.

Automatic Control System (PLC Controller)

Automates equipment control and process parameter adjustment to ensure product quality and production stability. A variety of parison controllers are available for more precise control of raw material distribution within the product.
